Meal plans aren't something I'd generally recommend, as in most cases they simply aren't sustainable for a variety of reasons.
This post is intended to be used as more of a guide to illustrate how you could choose to structure a day of eating consuming under 2,000 calories whilst still consuming adequate protein from delicious, nutritious varied sources.
