Back on Track: How One Busy Mum Reclaimed Her Fitness in Just 6 Weeks

Juggling a career, family life, and your own well-being is no small feat. For many of the women we work with, exercise often becomes the first thing to drop off the list when life gets full — even though it's the very thing that helps you stay on top of it all.
This was exactly the case for one of our recent 6-Week Challenge participants: a busy mum of two, working full-time, who had lost her way with training and was looking for something that could help her get back on track. Here’s how she described her experience:
