Ladies Only Sessions

We are excited to announce the launch of our new ladies-only training slots at Coopers Hill Training Club! These exclusive sessions will run on Monday and Wednesday mornings at 5:45 am and 7:00 am, as well as Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 9am—perfect for women who want to start their day with a dynamic and energising workout in a supportive and empowering environment.
