From time to time we all get caught off guard and lose our composure and I'm not just talking about things like global pandemics, but often just smaller, unexpected everyday events, like getting a flat tyre, being let down by a friend or missing your train home.
These unexpected everyday events, may or may not be avoidable, or controllable, the only thing you can control is your reaction to them and how you adapt, overcome and get back on track.
How does a spanner in the works of your plan change your perspective? Does it cause you to self-sabotage and allow other areas of your life to suffer, or does it make you think, that's okay, these things happens.
We all lose our place from time to time and that's okay, it's normal, what's important is when you do lose your place, you get back into position as quickly as possible without letting it affect other areas of your life.
