Anti-Ageing Secret

You know that exercise is good for you, I don't need to keep banging that drum, but did you know that it's one of the best defences against the harsh realities of ageing?


I'm not going to write a blog about the fact that exercise literally delays the onset of 40+ chronic conditions and diseases, or that it improves heart and lung health, or that it's good for the brain, bones, muscles and mood, or even that it'll reduce the risk of falls, alleviate depression, stress and anxiety; and may even help you live longer because you've heard all that before...


What I am going to remind you of, is the fact that a gym membership and/or a good personal trainer are far more astute investments in the war against anti-ageing than fancy face creams, dodgy supplements and anti-ageing injections and not to mention a hell of a lot safer too.
