Small-Group Personal Training provides all the fun and dynamic elements associated with group exercise combined with the individual focus and attention you'd expect from an industry-leading personal training experience.
Training alongside others in a small-group not only provides an increased dose of motivation, but is also the ideal environment to have fun whilst seeing your training progress week-on-week.
Our 30-Day Trial gives you the opportunity to experience everything that we have to offer at Coopers Hill Training Club and enjoy the many benefits of a training experience like no other.
Sessions last approximately 45mins.

WHAT AM I COMMITTING TO WHEN I SIGN UP?
Four weeks' worth of training with us. Think of it as a no-strings tester that will help you decide whether Coopers Hill Training Club is the gym for you and which membership would suit you best.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE 30-DAY TRIAL?
It's entirely up to you. If you decide you want to continue training with us to reach your fitness goals, we will help you decide which membership is best for you going forward. If you decide that Coopers Hill Training Club isn't for you, we'll be sorry to see you go but understand! You can simply say goodbye without having to do anything.
WHAT IF I NEED TO MISS DAYS DURING THE 30-DAY TRIAL?
Don’t worry. If something comes up that causes you to miss a few days, let us know and we'll happily extend the trial period.
DO I HAVE TO BE FIT?
No. Our members vary in age and fitness level.
Your fitness goal is unique to you. We’ll assess your current level, personalise your programme and take it at a pace that works for you.
